For us at Fitzy's Waterford, the importance of maintaining the privacy of your personal information cannot be overstated. Fitzy's Waterford collects your personal information to set up and operate a member account in your name. If you choose not to give us this information, we may not be able to provide you with some of the Fitzy's Waterford's Reward Program Benefits.

How we collect personal information:

• Applications for membership of our Fitzy's Waterford Rewards Program
• On-line applications for membership of our Fitzy's Waterford Program
• Business card draws held in different areas of the Hotel
• Customer Comment Cards from Fitzy's Bistro
• Fitzy's Waterford collects personal information from third parties only when a staff member or guest passes on the details of someone who may wish to receive information regarding Fitzy's Waterford.

Your personal information may be used to:

• Provide the services you are interested in
• Administer and manage those services
• Gain an understanding of the areas of interest to you in the Hotel, in order for us to provide you with better, more personalized services that are tailored to your likes and interests
• Inform you of ways in which the services provided to you could be improved
• Research and develop our services
• Promote and market to you other services which we consider may be of interest to you. All new members of the Fitzy's Waterford Rewards program will be provided with the opportunity to give us permission to send marketing or promotional material including mail, email and SMS text messages. That is, we will send you such material only if you elect to receive it or if it is provided to you in response to your request.

When we disclose your personal information

Fitzy's Waterford has a strict policy whereby we never provide client information to third parties, except in the following instances:
• An outsourced service provider who facilitates our contact with you eg. SMS messaging service provider.
• The provider of the system which administers our Loyalty Program
• Our related companies for the purpose of providing support services to us
• Government and regulatory authorities, as required by law.
